1       Application range

 

1.1      The general conditions of this document will apply to the sale and purchase of products and services between Aitech Integrate,S.L. and the customer.

 

1.2      The client expressly accepts all of the general conditions of sale, having full knowledge of their content by having accepted them in the client registration process.

 

1.3      When executing an order to Aitech Integrate,S.L., they will also be accepted by the client by default for all purposes.

 

1.4      The sales transactions between Aitech Integrate,S.L. and the client will be complemented, where appropriate, by the particular conditions that may be expressly agreed between the parties, lacking value, for all purposes, any other conditions that have not been expressly accepted in writing.

 

1.5      The client may not be considered, in any case, as a representative or agent of AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L and may not act or operate on its behalf. The client will act at all times in his own name and on his own behalf.

 

1.6      The client may only use the trademarks, trade names, logos, images and descriptions of AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. for the promotion and publicity of the products of AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. The client has no rights over the trademarks, trade names, logos, images and descriptions, the rights of AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. about them.

 

1.7      In case the conditions of sale are not met by the client, AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. reserves the right to modify the conditions of purchase.

3       Registration as a client of AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L.

3.1      New user registration

Any user who visits the website www.aintegrate.es has the right to register as a retail customer.

 

3.2      Agent registration

Before formally acquiring any product offered by AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L., the client/user must register their data and personal information on the registration page (name or company name, DNI/NIF, address, email address, telephone number/ fax), as well as send us any other pertinent information. After registering as a distributor, PVD prices will be enabled, along with other advantages.

 

3.3      Users can only sign contracts and place orders if they are of legal age. Otherwise, the responsibility of minors regarding the use of the website will be the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

 

3.4      After submitting the required information for registration as an agent, it will be reviewed within 24-48 business hours, then a response will be sent by phone or email.

 

3.5      In our legal notice, privacy policy and cookie notice we detail the conditions established for the collection, management and storage of data from users and/or customers who visit our website and provide us with their personal data, and how we use this data.

 

4       Prices

 

4.1      The information that appears on this website, as well as the specifications that appear in the rates, catalogues, advertising brochures, information circulars, etc. are valid, except for errors, omissions or updates.

 

4.2      If you need a price list of all the products, contact us by calling +34 910 35 36 71 to request it, or contact one of our sales representatives. We reserve the right to modify the price list without prior notice, all published prices are without VAT, RECARGO DE EQUIVALENCIA and shipping costs.

 

4.3      In the event that the Client places an order for products with an erroneous price, AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. will communicate the correct price and, in case of acceptance, the order will be processed, provided that the client expressly confirms it with the correct price. In case of not accepting the new price, the client will have to return the material in perfect condition, otherwise the full price of the material will be invoiced.

 

4.4      The quotes in the budget are valid for a maximum of 24 hours and may vary. In the case of prior notice to the client, if there is a change in the price, AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. will negotiate the change with the client.

 

5       Orders

 

5.1      If you already have a commercial assigned, feel free to communicate with him by any means when you require it, in addition to placing an order on the web when you need it.

5.3      Placing an order implies full acceptance of the price, the specifications of the products purchased and these general conditions of sale.

 

5.4      Once the order is completed, an invoice will be generated, invoices already issued cannot be modified for legal reasons. (Real Decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación) If it is necessary to make a change, a return invoice will be generated and a new invoice will be issued.

 

6       Payment

 

6.1      The payment methods available are bank card, bank transfer and cash (up to €1000).

 

6.2      In case of payment by bank card, after the payment is successful, we will prepare the product according to the normal order processing process.

 

6.3      In case of payment by bank transfer, since the bank transfer will take some time, we will not start preparing the order until the payment is confirmed by the financial department.

 

6.3.1 In case of immediate transfer, the extra costs produced will not be covered by AITECH,INTEGRATE,S.L.

 

6.3.2 In case of international transfers AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. is not responsible for nor will it cover the management costs produced by said transactions.

 

6.4      In case of payment in cash, the total amount of the purchase cannot exceed €1,000 (VAT included).

 

6.5      You can download your invoices on our website by accessing order details. If you need us to send you an invoice by email, you can contact your sales representative or call us by telephone.

 

7       General conditions

AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. reserves the right to terminate these General Conditions of Sale in whole or in part, in general or in particular in the following cases:

 

7.1      The Client breaches any provision of this Agreement.

 

7.2      Request the suspension of payments, declaration of bankruptcy or any other relevant circumstance.

 

7.3      Failure to comply with payment obligations.

 

AITECH INTEGRATE,S.L. reserves the right to modify the above conditions without prior notice.
